Tokushima Ramen Noodles
There are more than 100 ramen restaurants in Tokushima City alone.
The soup is a little sweet, but basically retains a soy sauce taste.
The toppings are bean sprouts (moyashi), shinachiku, negi (onions)
and pork cooked sweet and bitter.

Sudachi
A kind of tangerine that is used when it is still green. Similar to
a lemon, it is squeezed and applied on various foods such as sashimi
and tofu, and it is also used to make juice and liquor. |

Naruto Kintoki
Since these sweet potatoes are grown in sandy soil, their texture
is more similar to chestnuts than other types of sweet potatoes. The
best way to eat these potatoes is baked (called yakiimo), and there
is even a cake which uses these potatoes as the main ingredient. |
