More Internet Computers Available

Computers that can access the Internet, like those available at Shinagawa, Osaki, Gotanda and Ebara Libraries, will also be available at Yutaka, Oi and Yashio Libraries as well. The computers can be used free of charge for up to one hour per person. Please take advantage of this service.
