City Development Program Exhibition
– Penguins and Pantomime!
City development programs will be introduced through enjoyable events and exhibitions so that everyone will be able to understand them easily and become familiar with them.
Date and time: [1] November 18 (Fri.) 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. [2] 19 (Sat.) 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Place: Shinagawa Chuo Park (in front of Shinagawa City Office), Dai-ni Chosha of Shinagawa City Office
Events: Appearance of penguins, pantomime (from 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for [1] and [2]), taking pictures with a motorcycle policeman ([2] only at 1:00 p.m.), refreshment stands ([2] only), exhibition of tropical fish from aquariums, stamp rallies (prizes by lottery), etc.
