Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
*Closed on national holidays and during the year-end/New Year holidays.
Services Available:
1. Certificate of Registered Items in the Foreign Resident Registry
2. Name Stamp Registration Certificate
3. Copy of the Resident Registration Slip (includes official removal from the registry)
4. Certificate of Registered Items in the Basic Resident Registry (current state notification of pension, etc.)
5. Family Registry Certificates – Entire Family or Individual
6. Certificate of Official Removal from the Registry – Entire Family or Individual
(Only those who have been removed on or after November 1, 2003)
7. Heisei-Revised Family Register – Entire or Extract
8. Family Registration Appended Slip
9. Personal Identification
*3 to 9 are only available for Japanese residents.
*Although 1 can be issued on the same day if application is made Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., it will be issued on a later date if application is made after 5:00 p.m. or on Saturdays and Sundays.
*Application for services other than 2 may not be filed by a representative or a third party.
*Please bring some form of personal identification such as a certificate of alien registration, driver’s license or passport.
