Public School Enrollment Procedures for Foreign Residents
Foreign residents of Shinagawa City who would like to enroll their children in a municipal elementary or junior high school need to complete application procedures. Appropriate forms will be sent in late September to those who have completed their foreign resident registration. Those who have not completed their foreign resident registration and would like to enroll their child in a municipal school should contact the city as follows:

Children born between April 2, 2001 and April 1, 2002 |

Junior high school: |
Children born between April 2, 1995 and April 1, 1996 |

* In order to apply for junior high school enrollment, the child is required to have completed elementary school.
Registration deadline: October 31 (Wed.)
Health Checkup: To be provided in/around November to children who will start the first grade in April of next year.
