Eligibility: 18 foreign residents and 18 Japanese residents who live or work in Shinagawa
Program: Dutch home cooking
Fee: ¥1,000
To apply: Use the application form on the Association’s Web site or send a postcard or fax to the Shinagawa-ku International Friendship Association office with the class name, your address and postal code, name (with furigana), age, sex, and telephone number. For those who work in Shinagawa, include the name, address, and telephone number of your workplace, and for foreign residents, include your nationality. Applications must be received by May 28 (Thu.).
