Shinagawa City will conduct a Warm Biz Campaign to promote energy conservation measures. Let’s keep in mind the importance of staying warm by wearing layers of clothing instead of overly depending on room heaters and keeping heaters from getting too hot.

Let’s do our best to conserve energy by keeping in mind the importance of appropriate heating practices and using 20°C as a standard guideline by which to heat both our homes and offices.
