Influenza A (H1N1) Vaccines Are Being dministered
Influenza A (H1N1) has become fairly prevalent. Like seasonal flu, it is spread through the coughing and sneezing of those who are infected with the virus or if a person touches something that has the flu virus on it and then touches his or her eyes or mouth. Although most people recover after a few days with mild symptoms, those with underlying diseases are at a comparatively higher risk of having more serious symptoms.

To prevent the spread of the disease, it is important to wash your hands thoroughly and to practice “cough etiquette.” When you cough or sneeze, be sure to practice “cough etiquette,” i.e., cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or wear a mask. In addition, to prevent infection from something you have touched, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap. If you have a sudden fever, cough, or sore throat, consulting a doctor as soon as possible is recommended because you might have caught the H1N1 flu virus. You can get examined for the new flu virus at any medical institution. Call the medical institution in advance and be sure to wear a mask when you go.

Vaccinations have begun as of October. They are being administered according to the order of priority designated by the Japanese government.
　Vaccines are being administered in the following order.
  1. Those Given Priority to Receive Vaccines Now
    · Healthcare and emergency medical personnel
    · Pregnant women
    · Anyone with certain chronic medical conditions or weakened immune system
    · Children from one year of age through the age at which they attend elementary school
    · Parents of children younger than one year of age
    · Parents of children who are given priority for the vaccine but are unable
    　to receive it due to physical reasons

  2. Those Given Priority to Receive Vaccines Next

    · Those who are at the age at which they attend junior high school
    　(born between April 2, 1994, and April 1, 1997)
    · Those who are at the age at which they attend high school
    　(born between April 2, 1991, and April 1, 1994)
    · Those who are 65 years of age or older

  3. Those Who Are Not Given Priority

　Note:The schedule for the administration of the vaccine will be posted on the city’s Web site as soon as it is determined.
Getting Vaccinated
Make an appointment with a medical institution that administers influenza vaccines and then go at the designated date and time to be vaccinated. Please consult your regular doctor if you have one.
Note: Those given priority are required to show documents verifying that they are in one of the priority groups.
Vaccination Fee
The fee is uniform across Japan.
First dose: ¥3,600
Second dose:
If you get vaccinated at the same medical institution where you got the first one—¥2,550
If you get vaccinated at a different medical institution from where you got the first one—¥3,600

Reimbursement for the Vaccination Fee
Shinagawa City will reimburse those who live in Shinagawa City and are given priority for the H1N1 vaccine (except for healthcare workers). The reimbursement will be ¥1,500 for each dose of vaccine.
○ Those who receive public welfare benefits can receive vaccinations free of charge.
○ It has not yet been decided whether to reimburse those who are not given priority.

If you get vaccinated at a medical institution in Shinagawa City (excluding some institutions):
At the medical institution, you will need to pay only the amount of the vaccination fee minus the reimbursement.

If you get vaccinated at a medical institution outside of Shinagawa City:

  1. Pay the entire amount at the medical institution.
  2. Attach your Vaccination Completion Certificate and a copy of the receipt to the designated application form and bring everything to the Health Care Services Section (Shinagawa City Office Hon Chosha 7F), Shinagawa Health Service Center (3-11-22 Kita-Shinagawa), Oi Health Service Center (2-27-20 Oi), or Ebara Health Service Center (2-9-6 Ebara). Alternatively, you can mail the completed application form plus attachments to the Health Care and Disease Prevention Section (Shinagawa City Office 140-8715).
  3. The reimbursement will be deposited in your financial account at a later date.

新型流感疫苗的接种工作正在进行
此信息是12月21日目前的内容。

　可按以下的顺序接受接种。

  1. 目前可以接受预防接种的优先接种对象人员
    · 为流感患者提供医疗服务的医务人员
    ·     孕妇
    ·     有基础疾病的人
    ·     相当于1岁至小学生年龄的儿童
    ·     0 岁幼儿的监护人
    ·     优先接种对象中，由于身体原因不能够接受预防接种的儿童的监护人等。

  2. 之后可以接受预防接种的优先接种对象人员
    · 相当于中学生年龄的青少年（1994年4月2日至1997年4月1日出生的人）
    · 相当于高中生年龄的青少年（1991年4月2日至1994年4月1日出生的人）
    · 65岁以上的老年人

  3. 优先接种对象人员以外的人员

　※ 决定了接种期间后，会在区政府的主页（日语）等上面予以通知。

接种方法
请先向可以进行流感疫苗接种的医疗机构预约，然后根据指定的日期前往接种。如果正在看病中，有自己的医生，请向该医生询问相关事宜。
※ 优先接种对象人员需要有能够证明是优先接种对象的书面材料。

接种费用
　全国统一价。
　第1 次　3,600 日元
　第2 次　仍在第1 次的医疗机构接种时为2,550 日元
　　　　　　不是在第1 次医疗机构接种时为3,600 日元

关于接种费用的补助事宜
品川区为居住于品川的优先接种对象（医务工作者出外），每接种一次疫苗提供1,500 日元的补助。
○ 凡是享受最低生活保障的人可以免费接受预防接种。
○ 优先接种对象人员以外的人员尚未确定。

在区内的医疗机构（部分除外）接受预防接种时
在该医疗机构，直接将接种费用减去补助金额，支付余额即可。

在外区的医疗机构接受预防接种时

  1. 在该医疗机构全额支付费用
  2. 持“申请书”和“接种已完成证明”及“发票”的复印件，前往健康课（本厅舍7 楼）、品川保健中心（北品川3-11-22）、大井保健中心（大井2-27-20）、荏原保健中心（荏原2-9-6）办理手续，或邮寄给保健预防课（〒140-8715 品川区政府）。
  3. 几天后便汇款到账户。

이 정보는 12월 21일 현재의 자료입니다.

　다음과 같은 순서로 접종을 받을 수있습니다.

  1. 현재 접종 가능한 우선 접종 대상자
    · 인플루엔자 환자를 돌보는 의료 종사자
    · 임신부
    · 기초 질환이 있는 자
    · 1세~초등학생에 상당하는 연령의 자녀
    · 0세 유아의 보호자
    · 우선 접종 대상자 중 신체상의 이유로 접종을 받을 수 없는 자녀의 보호자 등

  2. 향후 접종 가능한 우선 접종 대상자
    · 중학생에 상당하는 연령(1994년 4월 2일~1997년 4월 1일 출생)인 자
    · 고등학생에 상당하는 연령(1991년 4월 2일~1994년 4월 1일 출생)인 자
    · 65세 이상인 자

  3. 우선 접종 대상자가 아닌 분

　※ 접종시기가 정해지는 대로 시나가와구 홈페이지(일본어 버전) 등에서 알려 드립니다.

접종 방법
인 플 루 엔 자 백 신 을 접 종 할 수 있 는 의료기관에 예약한 후, 지정된 일시에 접종해 주십시오. 주치의가 있는 분은 주치의에게 상담해 주십시오.
※ 우선 접종 대상자는 우선 접종 대상임을 증명하는 서류가 필요합니다.

접종 비용
전국적으로 같습니다.
　1회째 3,600엔
　2번째 1회째와 같은 의료기관의 경우　2,550엔
　　　　　1회째와 다른 의료기관의 경우　3,600엔

접종 비용의 지원
시나가와구에서는 시나가와구에 거주하는 우선 접종 대상자(의료 종사자 제외)에게 접종 1회당 1,500엔을 지원하고 있습니다.
○ 생활보호 수급자는 무료로 접종할 수 있습니다.
○ 우선 접종 대상자가 아닌 분은 미정입니다.

구내의 의료기관(일부 제외)에서 접종하는 경우
의료기관에 접종 비용에서 지원금액을 공제한 금액을 지불한다.

구외의 의료기관에서 접종하는 경우

  1. 의료기관에 전액을 지불한다.
  2. 신청서에 접종 완료 확인증과 영수증 사본을 첨부해 건강과(본청사 7층), 시나가와 보건센터(키타시나가와 3-11-22), 오오이 보건센터(오오이 2-27-20), 에바라 보건센터 (에바라 2-9-6)에 지참 또는 보건예방과(우 140-8715 시나가와구청)로 우송
  3. 후일 계좌이체해 드립니다.

　Isinasagawa ang pagbakuna sang-ayon sa sumusunod na ayos.

  1. Ang binigyan ng priority upang magpabakuna sa kasalukuyan
    · Mga Healthcare Workers na nagsasagawa ng pagsusuri sa mga pasyenteng may Influenza
    · Mga nagdadalantao
    · Mga taong dumaranas ng ibang pumapailalim na sakit
    · Mga batang mula sa isang taong gulang hanggang sa edad na kung saan pumapasok sa Elementarya
    · Mga magulang o katiwala ng kabataang wala pang isang taong gulang
    · Mga magulang o katiwala ng kabataang binigyan ng priority sa pagbakuna pero hindi magawang tumanggap nito sanhi ng problema sa katawan

  2. Ang binigyan ng priority upang magpabakuna sa susunod
    · Mga nasa edad na kung saan pumapasok sa Junior High School (isinilang sa pagitan ng Abril 2, 1994 at Abril 1, 1997)
    · Mga nasa edad na kung saan pumapasok sa High School (isinilang sa pagitan ng Abril 2, 1991 at Abril 1, 1994)
    · Mga nasa 65 taong gulang o higit pa

  3. Ang hindi binigyan ng priority upang magpabakuna

　Paalala: Sa oras na makumpirma ang panahon ng pagbakuna, ipapahayag ito sa pamamagitan

Pagpapabakuna
Gumawa ng appointment sa isang pagamutan na nagsasagawa ng pagbakuna ng Influenza at pumunta sa itinakdang petsa at oras para magpabakuna. Magpatingin muna sa inyong regular na doctor kung mayroon man.
Paalala: Ang binigyan ng priority upang magpabakuna ay kailangang magpakita ng dokumentong nagpapatunay sa pagkakaroon ng priority.

Singil sa pagbakuna
　Pantay-pantay ang singil sa lahat ng parte sa Japan.
　Unang dosis: ¥3,600
　Pangalawang dosis:
　Kapag nagpabakuna sa pagamutan kung saan tinganggap ang unang bakuna —¥2,550
　Kapag nagpabakuna sa pagamutan na iba sa lugar na ginawan ng nakaraang bakuna —¥3,600

Suporta para sa gastos ng pagbakuna

Sa pagamutan, kailangang bayaran lamang ang singil para sa pagbakuna matapos ibawas dito ang halagang suportado ng pamahalaan.
