Day and Hours: Sundays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Notes:
1. The City Office will still be open if Sunday falls on a national holiday.
2. Closed on Sundays during the year-end/New Year holidays (December 29 through January 3) and when Sunday falls on the last day of the month (October 31, 2010)
Location: Shinagawa City Office 3F Note: Please enter through the main entrance of Hon Chosha 3F or the entrance of the City Assembly Building 3F.
Services Available: ● Limited foreign resident registration services
Applications for foreign resident registration; changes in address or period of stay (visa); issuance of certified copies of foreign resident registration; applications for seal registration; and issuance of certified copies of seal registration
● Limited National Health Insurance services
Applications for enrollment, loss of eligibility, and/or changes in National Health Insurance; issuance of National Health Insurance cards; etc. Notes:
1. Not all services are available on Sundays.
