The city administration has been reorganized to provide new ways of handling city issues and better service.

○ New Organizational Units Have Been Established to Promote Services
　 ・ Instruction and Training Desk (Nursery Section)
This unit will reinforce training to secure staff for high-quality preschool education and personnel development.
　 ・ Master Plan Desk (Urban Planning Section)
This unit will work on designating policies for the Shinagawa City Town Planning Master Plan (a comprehensive city plan).

○ The Following Subsection Will Be Eliminated:
　 ・Supplementary Income Payment Subsection (Community Promotion Section)
This subsection will be eliminated because the Supplementary Income Payment Program has ended.
