Artisans who have preserved the traditional crafts and cooking of the Shinagawa area demonstrate their superior skills once a year. This year, there will be a lecture on wood lathe work and a koto performance.

Cooking Demonstrations: Oden (hodgepodge of boiled delicacies), rice crackers, tea, Japanese sweets, candy, and more
