Eligibility: 18 foreign residents and 18 Japanese residents who live or work in Shinagawa (by lottery)
Fee: ¥1,000
To Apply: Fill out an application form on the website of the Shinagawa-ku International Friendship Association or send a postcard or fax to the association (2-1-36 Hiromachi, 140-0005; Tel: 5742-6517; Fax: 5742-6518; website: www.sifa.or.jp). Please write the class name, your address, name (with furigana), age, sex, and telephone number. For those who work in Shinagawa, include the name, address, and telephone number of your workplace, and for foreign residents, include your nationality. Applications must be received by May 24 (Thu.).

1. Applications are restricted to one per person.
2. Participation with children is not permitted.
