Eligibility: 18 foreign residents and 18 Japanese residents who live or work in Shinagawa (by lottery)
Fee: ¥1,500
To apply: Please fill out an application form on the SIFA website or send SIFA a postcard or fax (2-1-36 Hiromachi, 140-0005; Tel: 5742-6517; Fax: 5742-6518; website: www. sifa.or.jp). Please write your address, including the postal code, name (with furigana), age, sex, and telephone number. For those who work in Shinagawa, include the name, address, and telephone number of your workplace, and for foreign residents, include your nationality. Applications must be received by May 23 (Thu.).

1. Applications are restricted to one per person.
2. Families with children may not participate.
