How to Dispose of Large-Sized Waste
(1) Decide on a Disposal Method
・ You can have your oversized items picked up at your home sometime between Monday and Saturday or take your items to the Shinagawa City Recycling Center yourself on a Sunday.
Notes:
1. When you take items to the recycling center yourself, the handling fee for each item is comparatively lower than if you have them picked up at your home.
2. Before you dispose of an item as large-sized waste, consider whether it might still be used. Please make use of the recycle shop Ribbon and the recycling information bulletin Kuru-Kuru.
(2) Make a Reservation with the Shinagawa Large-sized Waste Reception Center
Telephone reservations
Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tel: 5715-1122
Notes:
1. Reservations are accepted on national holidays as well.
2. Please inform the reception center if you plan to deliver the item(s) yourself to the Shinagawa City Recycling Center on a Sunday.

○ The central processing units of personal computer and displays
Please ask the manufacturer to handle these used items. For information on the recycling fees and appropriate service counter, please call either the service counter of the particular manufacturer or the PC3R Promotion Association (Tel: 5282-7685).
○ Hazardous items, poisonous chemicals, heat-resistant safes, etc.
Please ask a specialized dealer to handle your used items.
