Eligibility: 18 foreign residents and 18 Japanese residents who live or work in Shinagawa (by lottery)
Fee: ¥1,500
To apply: Send a postcard, fax, or the application form from the association’s website to SIFA (2-1-36 Hiromachi 140-0005; Tel: 5742-6517; Fax: 5742-6518; website: www.sifa.or.jp/) by no later than Thursday, October 17 (must be received by this date). Write the name of the class, and your address, name (with furigana), age, sex, and telephone number. If you work in the city, include the name, address, and telephone number of your workplace. If you are a foreign resident, please also note your nationality.
Note: Only one application per person is allowed.
