School Entrance Notifications Will Be Mailed to Those Entering Municipal Elementary or Junior High School
A school entrance notification with information on orientation and other school-related matters for children entering school in April 2015 will be mailed on December 10 (Wed.). Please contact the School Affairs Section if any of the following applies:
• Your child is entering a national or private school.
• There is an error in the notification, such as in the address, name, date of birth, or parent’s name.
• You are planning to move within or out of Shinagawa City.
Entrance Procedures for Foreign Residents
Please complete the designated procedures at the School Affairs Section as early as possible if you are a foreign resident and would like to enroll your child in a municipal elementary school or if your child is planning to graduate from a municipal elementary school in March 2015 and you would like to enroll him/her in a municipal junior high school but have not yet completed the enrollment procedure.
