Advisory Services for Foreign Residents
The Office of Consulting Service for Citizens offers advisory services in English and Chinese for everyday problems to those who are unable to speak Japanese. You can ask question or get advice concerning work, medical treatment, legal matters, marriage, divorce and education.
In addition, the Office can introduce relevant institutions to resolve various problems. If necessary, the Office can help you with information and procedures at institutions related to the Shinagawa City Office.
English: Tuesdays
Chinese: Thursdays
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; reception until 4:30 p.m. (closed on national holidays)
