This 440-square-meter event hall holds up to 460 people and can be used for lectures, receptions and exhibitions.

Basic facility fee: ¥432,000 (9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Equipment fees: charged separately.
Note: Time extensions, hourly rentals and half-hall options are also available.

A coworking space for members available, available on a monthly basis. Suitable business environment and support is provided for exchange between lounge members.

Corporate member: ¥21,600 - 27,000 per month
Individual member: ¥8,640 - 16,200 per month
Single-use member: ¥540 per hour
Note: Conditions and/or restrictions apply according to member type regarding hours of use, the ability to register (depending on registered address), the number of registered members, and the number of people using the lounge at the same time.

The unique, hexagon-shaped room facilitates exchange seminars and workshops.

Equipped with a optical modeling 3D printer, cutting machine, laser cutter, electron scanning desk microscope and other types of machinery, with support provided for prototyping in the manufacturing field.

Sixteen business offices are available and an incubation manager will provide support for business growth for members.

A 10 percent discount for the use of Osaki Bright Core Hall, the multi-purpose room, the workshop or the meeting rooms is available to persons who are resident, attend school or work in Shinagawa City, or to persons whose company headquarters are located in the city.
