Applications for Temporary Welfare Benefits Being Accepted

Applications were sent out in early September to those residents who are eligible to receive the FY2015 temporary welfare benefit (a one-off payment of ¥6,000).
Eligibility: Persons who completed resident registration in Shinagawa City as of January 1, 2015, and who were not subject to the FY2015 residents’ tax (this excludes dependents of persons who were subject to the residents’ tax).
Applications: Applications must be completed with the necessary information and stamped with the applicant’s personal seal (or signed by the applicant), and returned along with any supporting documentation by February 29 (Mon.), 2016.
