Free Public Wi-Fi

Shinagawa Free Wi-Fi is a public service providing free wireless internet access. New points have been set up in the following six municipal parks in addition to service at the West and East exits of JR Oi-machi Station.

Locations:Shinagawa Chuo Park (in front of Shinagawa City Office) , Togoshi Park (2-1 Yutakacho), Bunko-no-Mori (1-16 Yutakacho), Shinagawa Kumin Park (3-2 Katsushima), Higashi-Shinagawa Kaijo Park (3-9 Higashi-Shinagawa), Tennozu Park (2-6 Higashi-Shinagawa)
