Location: Dai-ichi Hino Elementary School No. 2 grounds (6-4 Nishi-Gotanda)
Program: Practice using a fire extinguisher for initial firefighting, learn how to give emergency first aid and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and more
Eligibility: Individuals who live, work or go to school in Shinagawa City
Languages: English, Chinese and Spanish
