Residents to Receive Priority at Shinagawa City-Operated Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking Lots

Residents of Shinagawa will have priority for regular use of city-operated bicycle and motorcycle parking lots starting from April. Those living outside of Shinagawa City have to renew regular use contracts every month.
Order of priority: 1. Those with disabilities; 2. Shinagawa City residents; 3. Nonresidents.
Note: “Shinagawa City residents” does not include those who work or go to school in Shinagawa City.
◎ Under the new priority system, all regular users must complete application procedures at the respective parking lot again. Please show documentation to certify your address when you apply.

● Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking Lots Will Be Renovated
Together with the construction work from July through September, you can renew your use of parking lots according to the schedule below:

• July construction: Ebaramachi, Tachiaigawa, Oimachi Station east exit, Oimachi Station west exit No. 2, Shinagawa Seaside: Until June 30

• August construction: Oimachi Station west exit, Osaki Station west exit, Gotanda, Togoshi-Ginza, Hatanodai, Nakanobu: Until July 31

• September construction: Shinbanba, Tennozu Isle, Aomonoyokocho, Nishi-Oi, Oi-Keibajo-mae: Until August 31

● New Underground Mechanical Parking Lot for Regular Use at Omori Station Suijin Exit; Fees Will Change
