Advisory Services for Foreign Residents

The Residents Consultation Office offers advisory services in English and Chinese for everyday problems to residents unable to speak Japanese. If necessary, the office can also help you with information at institutions related to the Shinagawa City Office and assist in completing procedures.

Date and time: Tuesdays for English, Thursdays for Chinese, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Notes:
1. Except on national holidays
2. Reception until 4:30 p.m.
3. Telephone consultations are also available.
