Periodic Group Rabies Vaccination
According to the Rabies Prevention Law, dog owners must have their pets vaccinated annually to prevent rabies. Periodic group vaccinations will be conducted at seventeen designated veterinary hospitals in Shinagawa City. Please make use of this opportunities.
Period: Until April 30 (Sun.)
Note: Since the hours of these locations vary, please confirm the hours of the veterinary hospital you plan to use.
Eligibility: Dogs 91 days old or older
Fee: 3,650 yen

If you are unable to have your dog vaccinated within this period, please do so at a veterinary hospital by June 30 (Fri.), and complete the procedures for obtaining a dog tag at the Public Hygiene Section (Hon Chosha 7F) or Shinagawa and Ebara health service centers or community center.
- If you have your dog vaccinated on a day outside of the designated period, the fees may be different.
- If you have no longer have your dog (because it died, etc.), please submit the designated notification.
