Advisory Services for Foreign Residents

The Residents Consultation Office offers advisory services in English and Chinese for Shinagawa residents who have problems and are unable to speak Japanese. If necessary, the office can help you with information about institutions related to the Shinagawa City Office.

Date and time: Tuesdays for English, Thursdays for Chinese, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

2. Reception until 4:30 p.m.
3. Telephone consultations are also available.
