Service Corner Opens in Front of Meguro Station

You can obtain copies of certificates such as resident records (juminhyo) at this new service corner, even on Saturdays, Sundays and weekday evenings. Please make use of this facility.

Note: The Oimachi service corner (in front of Oimachi Station) and Musashi-Koyama service corner (in front of Musashi-Koyama Station) provide the same service.

1. Copies of resident records (including resident record deletion certificates)
2. Certificates of registered items in the resident record
3. Seal registration certificates

1. Please make sure to bring a form of official ID, such as your driver’s license, passport, individual number (My Number) card or health insurance card.
2. Please bring your personal seal registration card when requesting 3) above.
3. Please be aware that only the applicant can request certificates.
