1. The Family Registry and Residents Section is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. Oimachi Service Corner, Musashi-Koyama Service Corner, and Meguro Service Corner are open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On the days/times the Shinagawa City Meguro Service Corner is closed, the library book return box will also be closed.
3. If you would like to use Community Center Kumin-shukaijo, please contact the facility you want to use.

• We will accept family register-related notifications—such as notifications of marriage—and issue certificates for the burial/cremation of bodies at the night and holiday service counter located on the second floor of Dai-ni Chosha (24 hours a day/365 days a year) in addition to the above office hours.
• Please note that we expect the venue to be very crowded on April 28 and May 5 (both Sundays) and on May 7 (the day following long consecutive holidays) at the Family Registry and Residents Section service counter, and at the night and holiday service counter on May 1.
