Both people with and without disabilities can enjoy this combined event.
Have fun together at the welfare festival’s bazaar and try your hand at para-sports!

Welfare Festival
The Small and Medium Enterprise Center (1-28-3 Nishi-Shinagawa)
Will be held even if it rains.
Programs:
■ Bazaar
■ Carnival booths
■ Stage events
■ Shops selling items handmade at facilities for the disabled
■ Try balloon volleyball and hand archery
■ Sales of Tohoku area products to support reconstruction in the region and more

Para-Sports Experience Day
Shinagawa Central Park (in front of the Shinagawa City Office)
Will be held even in light rain.
Programs:
■ Wheelchair Rugby
There will be demonstrations by top athletes.
■ Blind soccer
■ Boccia
■ Flying disc games (accuracy/strike out), ladder getter, ring toss
■ Goalball
■ Ground golf
■ Wheelchair basketball and more
