Opening Celebration of Tokyo Metropolitan Auxiliary Road No. 26 – Joint Mikoshi Shrine Procession

There will be a joint shrine procession of eleven mikoshi shrines along newly opened Auxiliary Road No. 26, which runs between Ebara and Oi. You’ll experience various aspects of the city’s wonderful festival culture, including various cheering styles, the majestic mikoshi shrines (and the energetic people carrying them), dashi (festival cars) from different districts of Shinagawa City, ohayashi (festival music and drums).

Date and time: November 3 (a national holiday), 9:20 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Between Musashi-Koyama Station and Osaki High School, and around the post office in front of Shinagawa City Office
