The Executive Committee—consisting of new adults—will manage this special event and serve as emcees. We hope that as many people as possible will participate.

Date and time: January 13 (a national holiday), from 11:00 a.m.
Note: Reception will be open from 10:30 a.m.
Location: Curian (Civic Hall; in front of Oimachi Station)
Eligibility: Shinagawa City residents born between April 2, 1999 and April 1, 2000.
Note: Information will be mailed by mid-December to eligible residents.
