City News Shinagawa

Let’s Start Living an Eco-Friendly Lifestyle Now!

Environmental issues include everything from local problems such as garbage and cleaning up the neighborhood to massive global issues like global warming and air pollution.
The Ministry of the Environment has raised awareness about various ways we can protect Japan’s environment as part of Environment Month, which is June. Shinagawa City has also formulated the Shinagawa City Basic Environmental Plan, which outlines the basic policies on how the city handles environmental issues. Please raise your awareness about the environment and practice a lifestyle that protects it.
