Advisory Services for Foreign Residents

The Residents Consultation Office offers advisory services in English and Chinese for everyday problems to foreign residents. If necessary, the office can also help you with information at institutions related to the Shinagawa City Office.

Date and time: Second and forth Tuesdays for English, second and forth Thursdays for Chinese, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Notes:
1. Except on national holidays
2. Reception until 4:30 p.m.
3. Consultants are not available between noon and 1 p.m. (their lunch break).
4. Telephone consultations are also available.
