The Executive Committee—consisting of new adults—will manage this special event and serve as emcees. We hope that as many people as possible will participate.

Date and time: January 11 (a national holiday)
Group 1: Residents of the Shinagawa, Oi and Yashio areas
From 10:30 a.m.
Group 2: Residents of the Osaki and Ebara areas
From 1:30 p.m.
Location: Curian (in front of Oimachi Station)
Eligibility: Shinagawa City residents born between April 2, 2000 and April 1, 2001.
Note: Information will be mailed by the end of December to eligible residents.
