This year marks the 13th Shinagawa Artists Exhibit. The event includes a wide variety of fun programs, including exhibits of the works of artists connected with Shinagawa City, stage performances, and making original cards with the image of “Shinaart,” a new city mascot. We look forward to welcoming you to a special place of art that everyone from children to adults can enjoy.
