COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Shot (Third Injection) Will Begin
(Information current as of: November 30)
● Eligibility
As a general rule, residents of Shinagawa City who are 18 years and older and got their second vaccination at least eight months ago.
Note: Vaccination is optional.
● Mailing Date of Vaccination Tickets
● Residents who received their second injection by the end of May in Shinagawa City
➡ Vaccination tickets were mailed out on November 18.
● Residents who received their second injection on or after June 1 in Shinagawa City
➡ Vaccination tickets are scheduled to be mailed out after the end of January.
● New Shinagawa City residents who moved here after receiving their second injection in another municipality
➡ You must apply to get a vaccination ticket issued. Details will be announced via the Shinagawa City website as soon as they become fixed.
Note: While all vaccination tickets will be sent from the post office on the mailing dates mentioned, people will receive them at different times.

● Vaccination Locations
Vaccinations are scheduled at group vaccination sites and medical institutions such as hospitals, medical association halls and clinics.
● Concerning Reservations
Reservations will be handled by call centers and via the Web. The starting date for reservations is currently under discussion.
