An Announcement about the COVID-19 Vaccine

● About Vaccinations for Residents Turning 12 Years of Age (first and second injections)
Shinagawa City will launch a new COVID-19 vaccination program for residents turning 12. These vaccinations are for residents who are 12 or older; however, vaccinations can be received from the day before the 12th birthday. If you would like your child to receive these vaccinations, please make a reservation via the call center.
Note: Residents between 12 and 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at the time of vaccination.
January Vaccination Locations
Hatanodai Hospital (5-17-16 Hatanodai) ➡ January 14 (Fri.), 15 (Sat.), 21 (Fri.), and 22 (Sat.)
Ohmura Hospital (3-27-11 Oi) ➡ January 15 (Sat.), 22 (Sat.), and 29 (Sat.)
Oi Chuou Hospital (4-11-27 Oi) ➡ January 16 (Sun.), 23 (Sun.), and 30 (Sun.)
Note: Reservations for the second injection will automatically be set three weeks after the day of the first injection (same day of the week and time) and at the same location.
● Booster Vaccination (third injection) Schedule
Notes:
1. The starting dates for reservations and third injections will be announced via the Shinagawa City website as soon as they become fixed.
2. New Shinagawa City residents who moved here after receiving their second injection in another municipality or overseas must apply to get a vaccination ticket issued. For more information, please check the Shinagawa City website.
