■ 【Third COVID-19 Vaccination】No Reservation Needed
You can now receive the third COVID-19 injection on a walk-in basis. The capacity for this is up to thirty persons per day; the reception desk will close as soon as capacity is reached. However, since those with reservations will receive priority, you may have to wait for a while to receive the shot. If you would prefer to make a reservation, you can do so by 11:59 p.m. the day before vaccination.
Reception hours: 9:30 a.m. to noon and 2 to 5:30 p.m.
Location: Former Ribbon Hatanodai (5-13-9 Hatanodai)
Note: About a one-minute walk from Hatanodai Station
What to bring: Your vaccination ticket, official documentation to verify your ID, and the pre-checkup slip
