Bicycles are smart for both people and the Earth. Ride out and explore the streets with Shinagawa City Community Cycle!

Hours: 24 hours/day (excluding some docking ports)
How to use:After registering as a member, simply swipe your IC card over the bicycle card reader or enter your password. When you’re done riding, return your bike to any docking port in the system.
Available areas: Shinagawa City as well as other cities (Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato, Shinjuku, Bunkyo, Koto, Meguro, Ota and Shibuya).
Fee (tax not included): One-time members, 150 yen for the first 30 minutes; one-day pass for 1,500 yen
