Come Play at Shinagawa-kumin Park!
Shinagawa-kumin Park is a municipal facility built around the theme “a park with flowers, plazas, water and greenery.” A broad range of people from children to adults enjoy this park’s rich natural scenery. In this issue, we will describe its many attractive features.

Note: The soccer field, baseball field and tennis courts are currently being rebuilt.
This popular area has various play equipment,
such as a rainbow slide with seven slides, a dome-shaped trampoline and a “Tarzan rope.”
Next to the “Sea of Katsushima” is an open lawn area with a sense of being by the water.
You can run around freely or lie down and relax.
Get close to the water at the rest area deck next to the “Sea of Katsushima”, and relax and eat a box lunch at the tables or on the stair-like benches.

Want to Enjoy Sports?
Head for the North Zone!
The North Zone has a new basketball court. Feel free to shoot some hoops here.
This zone also has a lawn area and mist showers. Take advantage of the mist’s cooling effect on a hot day or after perspiring from sports. We also recommend the outdoor pool.
The soccer field, baseball field and tennis courts are currently undergoing renovations so that everyone can enjoy these sports.
