About COVID-19 Vaccinations

■ For Residents Sixty-Five Years of Age and Older and Residents with Underlying Conditions
You can receive the Omicron-specific vaccine if more than three months have passed since your last vaccination.
Eligibility and Vaccination Ticket Mailout
● Residents who are sixty-five years of age and older
You can use unused vaccination tickets to get vaccinated if you have any. If you do not have a vaccination ticket, you must apply for one.
● Residents between five and sixty-four years of age with underlying conditions or whom doctors recognize as having a high risk of developing complications, and healthcare workers
You can use unused vaccination tickets to get vaccinated if you have any. If you do not have a vaccination ticket, you must apply for one
Notes:
1. Residents other than the eligible persons will not be able to get vaccinated.
2. Residents between six months of age and eleven years of age will remain eligible for vaccination.
3. Vaccinations for residents five years of age and older are scheduled to begin in September.
