About COVID-19 Vaccinations

Eligibility: Everyone who is at least six months of age and has received the initial vaccinations.
Locations: Hospitals and clinics in Shinagawa City
Vaccine: Vaccine for omicron variant (XBB.1.5)
Vaccination fee: Free

Concerning Vaccination Tickets
Please use the vaccination ticket(s) you already have. If you have lost your vaccination ticket or recently moved to Shinagawa City, however, you must apply via: the Shinagawa City electronic application service, at the Health Care and Disease Prevention Section service counter (Dai-san Chosha 5F), or via the postal service.
Note: If you apply using an electronic application or via the postal service, please complete application procedures by Friday, March 22 (must be received by this date). If you apply at the service counter, do so by Friday, March 29.

● If you have not yet completed the initial vaccinations, you can receive them free until Sunday, March 31.
