Recyclable Plastic Products Collection to Begin

Recyclable plastic products will be collected in all Shinagawa City communities from April 1 onward.

● Plastic products we had been disposing of as combustible waste are now collected as recyclable plastic
How do you dispose of recyclable plastic products?
Put all plastic items (plastic containers, wrapping and products) together in one bag, and take the bag to your designated disposal location (the same location as before) on the designated collection day.
Note: PET bottles will continue to be collected separately as before.

Even items without the identifying “Pla-mark” can be disposed of as recyclable plastic products.
