“Traditional Crafts & Tastes of Shinagawa Exhibition”
Free Admission
The arts and crafts on display at this annual event will include vivid Edo-kiriko (Edo cut glass), wasai (Japanese dressmaking), kusakizome tebataorimono (textile work using plants as dyes) and many more. Come talk to masters of these and other arts from the Shinagawa Traditional Crafts Preservation Group at their demonstration booths, where you can get a sense of the history and traditions of Shinagawa. There will also be Japanese sweets, tea, and other traditional flavors to enjoy. Please stop by!
Date and time: January 25 (Sat.) and 26 (Sun.), 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
