Advisory Services for Foreign Residents

Second Tuesdays for English, Second and Forth Thursdays for Chinese

The Residents Consultation Office offers advisory services in English and Chinese for everyday problems to foreign residents. If necessary, the office can also help you with information on specialized institutions and related organizations at the Shinagawa City Office.

Date and time: Second Tuesdays for English, second and forth Thursdays for Chinese, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Notes:
1. Except on national holidays
2. Reception until 4:30 p.m.
3. Consultants are not available between noon and 1 p.m. (their lunch break).
4. Telephone consultations are also available.
5. In-person consultations are limited to thirty minutes per session. The consultation booths have room for two clients.
