Remote Interpreting Service Available

Foreign residents can use this remote interpreting service for consultations or procedures at City Office service counters. Interpreting staff outside of the City Office can conduct simultaneous interpretation in thirteen languages via video conference on tablets. You can use this service during business hours of each facility.

Available locations: The Comprehensive Information Desk on the third floor of the Shinagawa City Office Hon Chosha, each service counter, community centers, health service centers, the Small and Medium Enterprise Center and other locations.
